Lots of paved pads and open green spaces with picnic tables and water access. Also dog friendly.

Very easy parking, visitor center. Close to I 80 so easy access if you are on a road trip. There were a large variety of trails. Boardwalks, overlooks, sandy parts, access to the water, well maintained staircases, and excellent signage. Dog friendly.
