The Blue Loop is ~2 mile loop around Hastings Lake. There is also a Yellow Loop (shorter) which has a playground for children and picnic tables. The blue loop has multiple spots for fishing from the shore. You will commonly see families walking their dogs around throughout the preserve. It's also a great place to ride your bike. There are multiple entrances to this forest preserve.
