Go clockwise around the perimeter trail for a less intense uphill. Add on by taking some of the interior trails too.

Landa St Stairs (Esther's Steps)

I love to take these steps in the evening when the temps are cooler. Be sure to tale your headlamp because they aren’t well lit. From the top of the steps continue up the hill to Micheltorena St. then turn right for some great views of Los Angeles as she sparkles at night.
