Pedal by rice fields; visit Phong Dien market; transfer to Can Tho

Additional Information
Departing the bustling city of Saigon, we head out to the Mekong Delta, the
‘rice bowl’ of Vietnam, to discover this laid-back countryside by bike.
Travelling on mostly flat tarmac roads, we pedal past Khmer pagodas, rice
paddies, lush green landscapes, rivers and streams, floating markets, and
rural fishing villages whilst encountering friendly locals, farmers and
tasting the mouth-watering cuisine along the way. To gain further insight
into the life of this peaceful corner of Vietnam, we stay at a homestay and
also travel along the delta by boat, just like the locals before returning to
Saigon!
