This hike was by far my favorite I have ever done. Yosemite is a beautiful place and this hike only proved that further. Strenuous, but highly rewarding as you reach several views of the valley floor, Halfdome, Upper falls and other peaks. Highly recommend. Bring water and pack light!

I completed this hike during March, which left me encountering snow towards the top of the hike and surrounding Lake Serene. But this was just another beautiful sight. Watching snow fall from atop the high rock outcrops, and giving complete peace and quiet. 22 switchbacks were difficult to climb, but like most hikes, worth the strain. Views from atop are excellent and breathtaking. A great day hike for anybody interested. Would love to go back during the summer.

This was a great and easy trail to reach the waterfall, a must for any of you waterfall chasers! I have ventured through Ohiopyle many times and every time I go, I go to Cucumber Falls. Watch for slippery rocks near the fall and take a walk down the small stream to see a small beach and the river! Highly suggested! Enjoy!
