The campground is just 30 minutes from the town of McCall, Idaho where you can stock up on food and any last-minute essential needs. The access road is a mix of pavement and gravel, so virtually any car can get you there. The amenities are minimal, but include a few things that will make your stay super easy and comfortable.

The campground comes with hand pumped water and a nice bathroom plus each site has room for an RV or a couple tents, a picnic table, and really nice cast iron campfire pit. You’ll have everything you need for a night of roughing it under the stars.

You know what’s not rough? Falling asleep to the sound of the nearby river. And for those of you with kids or who would rather not be out of cell service for whatever reason, you’re in luck. Turns out the service here is pretty solid. If you’re trying to disconnect, just leave your phone in the car and enjoy the stars and campfire.
