Spring is in the air and it’s one of the best times to make the trip to explore Mammoth Mountain and the surrounding area. Right now, you can catch the best of both worlds with sunny spring skiing in full effect (get there ASAP, lifts will be running for just a few more weeks!) and many of the hiking trails are plenty dry to get into the mountains without your skis or board.
