Capture Waves on Camera
Monterey County, California
Description
Added by Olivia Graziano
capture a super rad picture of a friend with a giant wave crashing up onto a rock - yeah the water is pretty cold in Big Sur, but the picture is totally worth it!
Find a rock that is close enough to make a big splash but not too far away so the photographer can stand in the ocean without getting the camera wet. Time the photo so the wave is at it's highest point before snapping a quick picture. And hey maybe some birds will conveniently align themselves in a V above your picture. See my instagram la.olivia to see the full picture, it's cropped on here.
