Tranquil Bluff Trail on Mackinac Island

Get a free map from the visitor center or get a picture of the map at https://images.app.goo.gl/garc4Krk8NHr87vF6 To pickup the trail from the ferry drop off, go to the art museum. Behind it is a stairway that is less rugged and crowded than the stairs at Arch Rock. Walk a short distance on Huron street to Manitou trailhead. Once you reach Arch Rock, climb the steps to the left of Arch Rock to reach Tranquil Bluff Trail. The first part of the trail has lots of ups and downs. Care needs to be taken since many parts are very close to the bluffs. The views are spectacular! Allow time to drink in the scenes and realize you're probably standing in the same spots as Natives have for hundred of years.
