I don’t know where the other reviewers came from but y’all. While this hike is beautiful, it’s not easy. I hike 2-3 times a week in the summer if I’m able and this wasn’t a “beginner hike”. Also no one mentioned the sketchy gravel/clay road you have to drive up for 10+ miles. I took I-40 off Lamar, and up through state highways and without a map, you’d get lost easily. If it was on an easier access road this hike would be worth it. It’s beautiful once you’re there, getting there is a different story.
