Hike the Wissahickon Creek Gorge Orange and White Trail Reviews

For being close to the city of Philadelphia there could not be a better way to get out for a good trail run or hike and not have to drive. For most outdoor people this is a quick (30min.) bike ride from Center City along the Schuylkill bike paths to East Falls. There is some good mountain biking up through the trails. FYI... it can be busy on weekends but manageable.

It is a great well maintained trail system in Philadelphia

My favorite part about wissahickon is its many hidden trail/gems. Like the Amazing Indian statue (I can't remember the name) about .2 miles east of the main trail. It over looks the creek and trails; will definitely be back when there's snow.
