The Buck Gully Trail is a 4.5 mile hike just outside of Newport Beach that features scenic views and is good for families and all skill levels.

The trail is relatively narrow with very little shade, so bring extra water and sunscreen. After it rains, a stream runs to the side of the trail. In the spring, hummingbirds and wildflowers are abundant. Dogs are not allowed on this trail.

The Buck Gully Trail is open year-round, and is a great spot for a trail run.
