Beautiful lake view hike near Ishpeming, Michigan.

The Deer Lake Trail is one of two advanced trails in the Noquemanon Trail Network. The Deer Lake Trail is a great trail for advanced hikers, snowshoers, or cross country skiers. The Deer Lake Trail can be found in the Al Quaal Recreation Area, near Ishpeming, Michigan.

A Daily or Season Trail Pass is required for cross country skiing and mountain biking. Passes can be purchased at the NTN, the US Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame, Wilderness Sports and City Hall. Purchase is mandatory for trail access.
