Waldport / Newport KOA Journey

Waldport/Newport KOA is located in the heart of the wonderful Oregon coast! The campground has beautiful views of Alsea Bay, the Alsea Bay Bridge and the Pacific Ocean. No wonder this KOA was awarded "Top 50 Scenic Views" by ReserveAmerica two years in a row. Alsea Bay is one of the top locations in Oregon for crabbing, clamming and fishing. Thirty minutes (or less) from KOA, you can visit the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Hatfield Marine Science Center, Rogue Ales Brewery or the Sea Lion Caves. Explore lighthouses or tide pools, do some whale watching and enjoy scenic hiking trails or miles of sandy beaches. All of the RV Sites are full hookup. Or choose from Tent Sites, Cabins, Deluxe Cabins and coastal cottages. Two playgrounds keep little ones busy, and summer activities keep everyone busy.
