LIVING AREAS

Light a fire in the wood-burning fireplace, kick back on the love seat, and watch a movie on the 45” flat screen TV with Roku. Grab a book, turn on some music, and relax in the lounge that includes a comfortable couch and antique furnishings. Choose from a selection of board games, puzzles, and DVDs. Gather at the two large dining tables for memorable meals and family fun.

KITCHEN & DINING

Cook a hearty meal in the bright kitchen with original cabinets and countertop space as well as stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup.

A gorgeous, original built-in credenza is on display in the dining room and provides ample space to serve a buffet-style dinner. A lovely light fixture hangs above the formal dining table set for eight.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This home includes four bedrooms that sleep 11 total. Two full bathrooms are stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.

The downstairs master bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed, closet, and storage space. The main level bathroom features a clawfoot tub, walk-in shower, and original shiplap.

The upstairs master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, twin-size bed, desk, closet, and private second-story balcony complete with a bistro table. A third bedroom features a full-size bed and antique dresser. The fourth bedroom has two twin-size beds, bunk bed, play table, closet, dresser, and a TV with a DVD player.

The second bathroom is located upstairs with a double vanity, full shower, and washer/dryer.

OUTDOOR AREA

Breathe in the fresh ocean air on the back deck complete with Adirondack chairs. Fire up the grill for a cookout, then cozy up by the fire pit.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Parking is available for two vehicles in the shared driveway. (This home is located adjacent to a separate casita.) A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. Please note that 1 dog under 60 pounds will be allowed.
