Villa SV is a one-of-a-kind 3BR/3.5BA home plus a ground-floor suite -- offering stunning mountain views from every room! Highlights include a remarkably opulent interior, air-conditioning, and a private ground-floor suite with a playroom and a kitchenette. Lounge by the sparkling pool and hot tub as you enjoy this European-inspired retreat.


The elegant living room has stately furniture, a twin sleeper sofa, a smart TV, and a gas fireplace. Relax while playing music on the whole house multi-room audio system.


Release your inner chef in the French Gourmet-style kitchen, complete with a French-door fridge, a gas stove in the center island, and a butler pantry with two prep sinks.

Make a selection from the wine fridge and perch at the kitchen bar for two, or the two-person bistro table. The dining table seats eight.


The primary bedroom has a four-poster California king bed and a balcony. Choose a beverage from the wine fridge or fix a drink at the wet bar, then chat by the gas fireplace in the sitting area. A chandelier glimmers over the jetted Roman tub in the en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony. A half bath adds convenience.

Occupying the ground floor, the private suite/studio has a twin-over-full bunk bed, a smart TV, an Xbox, a PlayStation, and an attached playroom. The kitchenette has a sink and a four-burner stove and oven. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. (This ultra-private suite is separate from the other rooms and is accessed via the garage and pool area.)


Lounge in luxury by the sparkling pool (8’ deep, unheated) and hot tub, walled for ultimate privacy. Make use of the gas grill and enjoy alfresco dining at two bistro tables. Then sunbathe like European royalty on the comfortable daybed.

Take in the incredible view from the balcony just off the dining and living rooms.

Driveway parking is provided for three cars. Please note that the driveway is steep and the garage is not available.

This three-story house has step-free access, a water softening system, and a centralized vacuum system.

Each top-floor suite has skylights that offer natural morning light.

This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for parties or loud groups. Violators could be fined.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
