Admire Spanish Renaissance architecture and explore national monuments via a short walk from your front door. With the beloved Bantam Chef restaurant located on the building’s ground floor, you’ll never be far from local flavors.

Inside the two-story second-floor rental, you’ll find two separate units (Unit 2 and Unit 3). Each unit has a well-appointed kitchen and a flat-screen TV in each bedroom. Constructed in 1880, the property has been beautifully restored to include modern comforts alongside detailed homages to the historical nature of the building.

LIVING AREA

The living area is located in Unit 3 and is furnished with an armchair, sleeper sofa, and 32” TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

A well-appointed kitchen in each unit makes it easy to whip up vacation meals. Both kitchens feature granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

When it’s time to eat, a bistro table in the Unit 2 dining area seats two. Large bay windows offer Historic District views while sharing meals at the table for four in Unit 3.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Unit 3 sleeps four guests between the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The bedroom holds a stately king-size bed and 32” TV. Rocking chairs provide comfortable seating on the private covered balcony. The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

Unit 2 sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. A plush queen-size bed awaits in the master bedroom, while a 32” TV allows for quiet movie nights. The guest bedroom offers two twin-size beds and a 32” TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
