After a day of seeing the sights, dine al fresco on the spacious second-floor balcony. The colorful kitchen provides a festive atmosphere in which to create a tasty vacation feast.

Traveling with a larger group? For parties of up to eight people, the attached penthouse may also be available to rent.

LIVING AREAS

The intimate, open-concept living/dining area offers a fabulous social space. Enjoy pre-dinner drinks with your crew on the comfy couch with seating for five (turns into a queen sleeper sofa for two). Or unwind with your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.

Just as vibrant and fun as the rest of El Zapato, the sun-filled kitchen provides all the gadgets you’ll need to craft delicious spreads for group.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This rental sleeps eight guests total in three bedrooms.

In the apartment, the master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, flat screen TV and sink with gorgeous courtyard views, while another bedroom contains two twin beds, a flat screen TV, sink, and coffee maker. A large bathroom with a walk-in shower is shared between the two.

The third bedroom is located upstairs by way of the garage, and includes a comfy queen-size bed. A bathroom is located across the hall and provides a walk-in shower.

All three bedrooms are independent of each other and separated by the courtyard.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Spend sun-drenched afternoons in the expansive courtyard with seating for 10 (shared with the other unit in the duplex). Or head upstairs to the large private patio with ample seating for 15.

EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. All leases require a minimum 31-day term.

Please note that this rental has an adjoining, yet separate, penthouse that might be occupied by another renter.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
