This exquisite, sprawling 4BR/3BA manor is brimming with authentic Santa Fe style. With four kiva wood-burning fireplaces, terra cotta tile, and an incredible covered patio overlooking the private 1-acre lot, you’ll immediately feel right at home. Just over 1 mile from the Plaza, 2.5 miles from Canyon Road, and approximately 4 miles from the Santa Fe Opera.

Foodies will appreciate the home’s gorgeous chef-inspired kitchen, complete with a six-burner gas stove and spacious black granite countertops. Set the dining table on the patio, uncork a bottle of wine, light the outdoor kiva fireplace, and share a feast overlooking the landscaped yard.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

Inside, terra cotta floors and vaulted wood-beam ceilings with skylights create an inviting haven. The open-concept living area offers plenty of seating around a 54” flat-screen cable TV. Relax in the beautiful sunroom with a stocked library.

This home sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms -- all located on one level. Two bedrooms are master-style suites, each with a king bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, kiva wood-burning fireplace, and en-suite bathroom.

The first master has vaulted ceilings, blackout shades, and radiant floor heating. An impressive en-suite bathroom features a room-sized walk-in closet, double vanity, and walk-in shower. The second master suite features patio access through glass doors and an equally stunning en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a jetted tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom features a queen bed and a walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds, a 42” flat-screen TV, patio access, and vaulted wood ceilings.
