You've found the perfect Port Aransas townhouse for up to 10 guests. This new-build boasts polished hardwood floors and fresh furnishings, and the 4BR/4.5BA layout ensures there's plenty of space for everyone. Two breezy balconies look out over the resort.

Take a dip in resort-style pools, shoot down the winding water slide, and add some summer flavor to your meals in the BBQ area. This complex truly has it all, and you're only 1 block from Port A's beautiful beaches.

Hardwood floors and new furniture feature throughout your 4BR/4.5BA townhouse. The open-concept main space is airy and inviting, with southern sun streaming in through the windows.

Classic beach décor adds a vacation feel to the living room, where a balcony invites you to step into the salty breeze. In the evenings, sink into the cozy L-shape couch with a good read or your favorite shows, which can be viewed on a 55” flat screen TV.

Whether preparing beach snacks or special dinners, you'll have fun in the immaculate kitchen equipped with new stainless steel appliances. A blue-green tile backsplash contrasts nicely with the polished granite counters. For family-style meals, the dining area seats six. For light bites, hop onto one of the four barstools stationed at the island.

Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor—one is a master suite with king bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom; the other is a bunk room perfect for kids with TV. Both have access to the back patio. The laundry room is also on the ground-level floor as is access to the garage.

The second floor comprises the kitchen, living room, and dining area, plus another master suite with king bed, TV, half bath, and access to the front deck. (The living room offers access to the back deck.)

A third-floor master suite includes an en-suite bath and a deck to front of the building.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
