Two separate living areas offer ocean views and invite you to unwind indoors. Step out to the fabulous outdoor living area, where a gas grill, wood-burning fire pit, and small pond await. Walk or bike to shops, restaurants, or the beach -- all within a mile.

LIVING AREA

Upstairs, the welcoming main living area has an open floor plan, walls of windows, and plenty of natural light. Unwind on the sectional sofa and three side chairs while enjoying the glow of the wood-burning stove.

The second living space is equipped with games, a smart TV, and a comfortable sleeper sofa with a new mattress. (This sleeping area has sheer curtains instead of a door.)

BED & BATH

This two-story house sleeps six guests between three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. All beds are fitted with organic mattresses, 100% cotton linens, and allergy-free comforters and pillows.

Upstairs, the primary suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and separate water closet.

The entry-level guest room has a queen bed, ocean views, a built-in desk area, and direct deck access. The adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate water closet.

The upstairs third bedroom has two twin beds, ocean views, and a wall-mounted smart TV.

A convenient half bath is located off the main living area.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Host a cookout on the partially covered deck, complete with a gas grill and a six-person table.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
