At Indian Creek Inn in Anderson Valley, you'll get an overnight experience you won't find anywhere else. It's a hospitality style we call "home-style lodging." Guests have their own private room with en suite bath and separate exterior entrance while enjoying access to a shared common room with full kitchen, dining and relaxation spaces. This approach works equally well for small groups as well as couples traveling on their own, providing access to the extended amenities of a private vacation rental without the expense.

Every common area includes a well-lit space with sofas and chairs where guests can unwind with a book or some friendly conversation. Riverside enjoys the added benefit of a wet bar in its living room area.

Part of the charm of a stay at Indian Creek Inn is the handmade art replications that decorate the walls. Made with the talented brush of co-owner Elizabeth Ashiku, the pieces capture highlights of art history, creating an atmosphere of elegant comfort throughout.

Little things can make a big difference. From our premium linens on the bed to the eco-friendly bath products by the sink to ceiling fans to keep things breezy, we provide carefully selected amenities to leave you relaxed and refreshed after your stay.

There’s a bocce ball court on Hilltop where you can relax with a game on an easy afternoon, drinking in the valley views between your turns. There are Weber 22” charcoal barbeques and shaded outdoor seating for each building so you can grill up your dinner as the cool summer evenings set it, possibly with a bottle of local wine from one of our neighbors. Take a break and enjoy the views from the sitting decks you’ll find at some particularly lovely lookout spots.

Anderson Valley has a Mediterranean climate, with dry, hot summers and wet, cool winters. There are numerous micro-climates, so be sure to pack lots of layers as the temperatures can vary widely in a single day and from location to location.

The area is known for its wine-tasting and excellent restaurants.
