Take in views of the ski slopes at this 3BR/3.5BA townhome, located at the Antlers at Lakota -- Winter Park’s newest developement. Your rental is located across the street from the ski resort, with easy access to the base area and downtown.

Feel free to leave the car behind - you can reach the slopes and downtown on the free shuttle that passes by the house. End days soaking in your private hot tub, or curl up beside the cozy gas fireplace. Flat-screen TVs, a bonus living room/den, and a jetted tub in the en-suite master bath add to the luxury.


Curl up for the evening in an open living room with a 50" flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and comfy seating between a couch and two armchairs. Large windows offer gorgeous views of the surrounding pines.

Privacy awaits in a second living area with alpine-themed decor and a queen-size sleeper sofa.


Whip up crowd-pleasing meals in a kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including a gas range and a side-by-side refrigerator. Sip morning coffee at the three-person breakfast bar.

On the third floor, the master bedroom features a king bed, a 32" TV, and a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate jetted tub.

On the lower level, a second bedroom offers a queen bed, and has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Nearby, a third bedroom comes with a twin-over-queen bunk bed.

The lower level also has a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a half bath is located off the main living space.


Gorgeous views of the ski area await on the back deck, complete with a gas grill and four-person dining table. After a day on the slopes, fire up the bubbles in your private hot tub -- the ultimate apres-ski indulgence!


Additional guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for two vehicles (one in the driveway and one in the garage).

Please note that the entrance to the property has a steep driveway that requires a 4WD vehicle during snowy conditions.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
