ABOUT THE HOUSE

Beamed ceilings, polished concrete floors, and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area create a modern space for effortless entertaining. The eye-catching living room has a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and an extensive book collection.

Patio doors provide pleasant breezes, ample natural light, and views of the stunning pool and patio.

The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, an island prep area with sink, and a glass-top bar for two.

The appealing and open feel continues in the three bedrooms -- each with sliding doors to the outside. The master has a king-size platform bed and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a large tiled shower, a unique glass wall, and direct access to the pool.

The second suite has a plush king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, lots of natural light, and access to the front patio with a bistro table for two. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom has a queen-size Murphy bed and glass doors leading to the pool and patio.

The backyard pool and patio are sure to be your favorite parts of the house. Tall hedges create privacy without blocking the mountain views. Colorful lounge chairs surround the pool and hot tub, and a state-of-the-art gas grill is on hand for afternoon cookouts.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.Please note that you may be required to execute additional agreements in order to comply with TurnKey's Terms of Service, HomeOwner's association rules or local laws or regulations.
