This rental includes both the upper and lower units of a duplex. With a total of 3BR/2BA, this is the perfect getaway for two families traveling together. Take a day trip to Santa Barbara or hop the trolley to downtown Ventura. Walk 200’ to the beach, or take a short stroll to dining and shopping.

After a day of sightseeing, return home and take in the sunset from the balcony in the backyard with partial ocean views.


This rental is split into two halves so that your party can enjoy private moments as well as group activities in the common areas.

The upper unit of the duplex offers two comfy living areas that can easily convert into sleeping areas. The first includes a futon, balcony access, and a 32” flat-screen TV, while the second provides a futon, ample seating, and a 32” flat-screen TV.

The lower unit of the duplex offers a living area with a couch and chairs perfectly situated for watching a favorite film on the 42” flat-screen TV.


Enjoy making favorite foods in the upper unit galley kitchen with a double sink and ample cookware. Gather for meals at the table for four or at the bar with seating for two.

The sun-filled kitchen in the downstairs unit provides ample counter space for preparing feasts and a table for four.


Enjoy the convenience of the convertible bedroom/living room combination in the upper-level unit, offering a queen bed and futon.

The downstairs unit includes two bedrooms offering quiet privacy. The master bedroom offers a full-size bed, while the second bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

Both units have a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.


Have coffee on the balcony of the upper unit with bar seating for four and partial ocean views, or enjoy a quiet afternoon reading in the private courtyard.

The lower unit includes a roomy backyard with a table for four.

If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
