We specialize in fly fishing trips for wild trout and steelhead on the Yuba River. The portion we fish is open 365 days a year and the fishing is good all year round. The Yuba is catch and release only with barbless hooks and artificial lures or flies, no bait. This allows the fish to grow to a large size, with the average trout between 14 and 17 inches long. These trout fight like no other - we break off at least one fish on most of our trips. We also guide on the American and Feather rivers. You will be provided with top of the line Sage fly rods and Sage, Galvan or Ross reels, as well as leaders, tippet and flies for all trips but feel free to bring your own equipment. All of our equipment is top notch, including a state of the art Hyde Drift Boat. Source
