Beautiful hike along the river with several cool waterfalls to checkout along the way. The trail was a little narrow and a few trees had fallen in the path, one of the bridges had also been partly washed out. Other then a few obstacles along the way this was an enjoyable easy hike with great views.

From the day use area there is a short walk down to the base of the waterfall, not super well maintained but its worth it for the view. There is also an old rustic hydroelectric power plant that you can crawl through and check out. This would be a great place to visit in the summer to take a dip and hangout on the sandy shore. Also if you continue down past the power plant there is a second good sized waterfall that is worth checking out.
