I grew up in this area and the Black Canyon will forever be one of my favorite places on this earth. It truly is a hidden gem. I've hiked, gone snowshoeing, and fishing in this area and I would highly recommend visiting if you are in the area.

Hidden Falls & Jenny Lake Loop

Went in the peak of the summer season when the trails inside the park were pretty well frequented. Because you can take the ferry across Jenny Lake this area specifically become very accessible to families and the multitude of tourists. With that being said, we still got a chance to be in solitude near the waterfall and even had a close encounter with a brown bear while eating lunch in the area. A beautiful place no matter the season!!

I recommend this hike to everyone I know. It's by far one of the most beautiful hikes I have ever been on.
