You will get wet, do not even attempt to stay dry- it’s a time killer and you end up wet anyway. The first, of 21 crossings, is the hardest - look for a somewhat shallow area and just carefully walk across. I tried to boulder hop, and I slipped and fell up to my waist and had to walk the entire hike soaked- this was in March. Even though, this hike was by far one of the best day hikes we did. There were very few people on this hike (could’ve been the time of year), gorgeous scenery, and really not that strenuous. The most difficult part was the first crossing. Do it, you won’t be disappointed.
