Log Cabins is a great north shore beach alternative for those who want to get away from the crowds at Sunset Beach. Bring a football or beach game as there’s always plenty of room to spread out and have some fun. Be sure to grab a poke bowl or other beach snacks from Foodland on your way out and bring plenty of water. If you’re here during the winter, get ready to act as the audience for breaching whales, big crashing waves, and skilled surfers. And of course, make sure you stay long enough to watch the sunset!
