Hike the Christian Point Trail

4.2 Miles Total - Out-and-Back Trail

Originally added by The Outbound Collective

A tour of diverse landscapes, including mangrove forest, prairie, and Florida Bay.

The trail begins as a boardwalk through the mangrove forest. In 0.1 miles you enter into a prairie, before skipping back in and out of a stretch of forest to a larger prairie. At the end of the hike you will be treated to views of Snake Bight, as section of Florida Bay.

Gorgeous short hike

Definitely worth the time when in the Everglades. And don't forget the bug repellent!

We want to acknowledge and thank the past, present, and future generations of all Native Nations and Indigenous Peoples whose ancestral lands we travel, explore, and play on.
