Howard and Benjamin were great! Call ahead to book your space and also your hiking or Jeep tour. You can only get down into the canyon with a Navajo guide which will run you anywhere from $60-100 a person but SO SO worth it! Camping is only $11 and Howard keeps the grounds looking beautiful and well kept.
