We did this hike because there was a wind advisory and couldn't paddleboard Emerald Bay. You can climb down to Eagle Lake, even dogs were climbing around. The lake itself wasn't as blue as I had hoped, but that might've just been because of the clouds.

This trail has my favorite views of the lake! It goes from D.L. Bliss to Emerald Bay. There are spots with little ladders to climb down to the water. There is one small beach that is somewhat hidden away before you get to Emerald Bay.

We went up here for a friends birthday. The views of the city are iconic, but the wind was what made the day so memorable. Try taking pictures with your hair flying around everywhere. Pretty fun photo spot, but not a hike.

We were planning to hike to Alamere Falls, but the roads were closed. We ended up at Cataract Falls for a quick hike. The lake a nice, but not swimmable, and there is a small waterfall.

This trail has lots of fun climbing trees, views of Stinson beach, and hillsides. Be careful to follow the trail. Some parts get narrower and if you aren't paying attention it's possible to accidentally wander off.

I've hiked this trail 3 times now. It's long, but worth it for all the waterfalls. The first waterfall is usually crowded, and is the only one with an overlook. I'd stop here just for a picture (if you need one) and go on to the next couple waterfalls, which are more fun to spend time at.
