Three Sisters is Amazing. The manatees are amazing to swim around or even see. Unfortunately Jess is giving some very bad information. It is illegal to touch a manatee, even if they approach you. The fines and potential jail time is quite severe. If they touch you there isn’t much you can do but you are not allowed, under any circumstances, to initiate contact with the animals.
