This hidden gem in Meriden,Connecticut is know to be the greatest park to hike. The stunning views from Chauncey peak at Giuffrida  will make you fall in love with this amazing park. See it to believe it ! Never Stop Exploring

Personally, Giuffrida park classifies as the greatest hiking in Connecticut. You're adventure starts with a steep 530 ft ascent to the top of Chauncey Peak. At the peak, a beautiful panoramic view that will eave you satisfied with that extreme climb in the past. Now it's time to explore, you'll find many things such as Suzios Quarry, wildlife and tons of eye popping plants! make sure you hike along the rock ridge for best views! once you're trip on top of Chauncey peak is over you will now be in front of Crescent Lake, which has a perfect pine tree trail along the side to end you're hike. The best time to hike Giuffrida is all the time , but especially during the fall. The most vibrant colors will reveal like no other!! Come see why Giuffrida is Connecticut's best hiking spot.
