Missouri Lakes and Fancy Lakes Loop Trail

The scenery is 10/10. The hike is beautiful the whole way, especially when you are hiking along the gorgeous raging riverside. There is a cool waterfall on the way up. This is a long trail to Missouri Lakes. Once you feel like you might almost be there, you open into a big basin with avalanche debris and have to hike even higher up. Lots of elevation gain. The lakes are pretty but I almost think the actual hike is the star with all there is to see and the changing scenery as you go. BRING BUG SPRAY!
