Great hike for beginners. Lots of wildlife and flowers. Pretty cool features hidden throughout the trails. My favorite was a sink hole on Virgil’s Trail.

Only an hour outside of Austin, this park is a beautiful weekend getaway for couples and families! The blue bonnets were almost out of season when we visited in mid-April but the views, trails, and water front areas were the perfect combination of fun!
