A hike with amazing rewards.

Start at Riviere a la Peche, and walk down behind the building to the trail head. Three trail depart from this area, Lac Solitaire is trail #13. Follow the marker down the trail and be sure to take a left at the first fork (within 50m of the trail head). Then follow the loop around always staying right at the forks. At the last fork where the #13 (Lac Solitaire) and #14 split there is a pair of Muskoka chairs perfect for taking a lunch break.
