Mono Hot Springs is located on the south fork of the San Joaquin River near the town of Mono Hot Springs, California. The hot springs, which are usually open mid-May through late October are made up of three main pools with additional smaller pools in the meadow on the southern side of the river. The main pools were built by the Conservation Corps in the 1930s.

Pools:
There are 3 main pools at this hot spring with others in the meadow along the south end of the San Joaquin River.

Two of the oldest and most well-known pools: Old Pedro and Lodone Springs are typically around 100 degrees.

Amenities:
Camping is available next to the hot springs in the forest service-run Mono Hot Springs Campground. Additionally, the Mono Hot Springs Resort located across from the campground provides private hot spring tubs, rooms to rent, and a restaurant.

Note:
 The drive to the springs from the town of Huntington Lake can be very challenging with blind turns and road quality following snowmelt. Drive cautiously when visiting.
