We used Blue Hawaiian helicopter tours and had an amazing time! My favorite part was flying over the Na Pali Coast and Waimea Canyon. There were waterfalls everywhere and the mountains were breathtaking! Our pilot was great and gave us a lot of great info during the tour. It was pricey but definitely an experience I will never forget!

We did this hike in mid-July and most of the trail was still covered in snow. There were boardwalks at the beginning that were clear and then the snow began. I was glad I brought my trekking poles because it was slick and steep in parts. Two out of the three of us fell in the snow, as were lots of the other hikers. We saw several mountain goats and even a few babies! We also saw marmots. The views throughout the entire hike were amazing! The trail was crowded, though. We wanted to go all the way to Hidden Lake but it was closed at the overlook due to bear activity, so that was a bummer. This was one of the highlights of our trip and we would definitely do it again! The parking lot was insanely crowded - so get there in the morning or late afternoon or you won't get a spot. We drove around the lot for a solid hour waiting for someone to leave - it was super frustrating!

This trail shares a parking lot with the Taft Point trail, a park ranger told us they were both easy and the same length. We did both hikes, and would rate this hike as harder than Taft Point but still "easy". We were here in July and did not even think about wearing sunscreen, which was a mistake, as this hike does not have much shade. Once you get to the dome climbing part, it is much steeper, but very satisfying once you do it. This was a popular trail, but it didn't seem crowded. There is a bathroom at the trailhead. This is a good hike to do if you want to climb a dome but don't have a permit to climb Half Dome (or if you are scared, lol).

We took the boat from across Jenny Lake to the trailhead, which was nice. We went in July and part of the trail was under construction. We did not get to see Hidden Falls because of this. The hike to Inspiration Point was beautiful. The trail was well maintained. There were other people on this trail but it didn't seem overly crowded, which was nice. The higher parts of this hike do get a little steep with no handrails, so be careful and stay as close to the rock as you can. The views at the top across the lake and back towards the mountains are fantastic. We were there in the late afternoon and the mountain view was majestic. We saw a pika on the steep, rocky part of the trail near Inspiration Point! The last boat back across Jenny Lake leaves at 7:00 PM, but if you miss it you can walk back to the parking lot, it is about a 2 mile hike. Also, there are not bathrooms on this hike, so make sure you use the ones near the Jenny Lake visitor center before you leave.

We went in July and part of the trail was under construction. We could hear the falls, but the viewpoint was blocked off because of the construction, so we continued on to Inspiration Point instead. There were several people on the trail but it never seemed crowded, which was good. We took the boat to the trailhead across Jenny Lake and back, which was nice. But if you miss the boat back you can still walk around Jenny Lake to the parking lot, its about a 2 mile hike back.

We did this hike in July in the late afternoon and it was amazing! The trail was nice and there is lots of shade and the boulders everywhere are beautiful. This trail is downhill at the beginning and uphill on the way back. The crevices were dizzying and beautiful to look at, just don't get too close! There are guard rails at one small area of the viewpoint, which I appreciated. The view of the valley and El Capitan are amazing. Overall it was an easy hike for a novice hiker like me. We were going to try to stay until sunset but we didn't want to hike back in the dark so we left a bit early. It was a good idea, too, because it was creepy walking back when it was getting dark. Also the mosquitos were relentless and we had on insect repellant. There is one bathroom at the trailhead, but no water. Also, we had to drive around a bit and wait for someone to leave to get a parking spot. Expect it to be busy at sunset, we saw several people running on our hike back with tripods to try to make it to photograph it before the sun went down.
