Hike through Boyle Point Provincial Park

Eagle Rock and Chrome Island viewpoints are stunning, but no need to stop there. A short hike west takes you to a trail down to a beautiful sandy beach. Continue north-west for views across Baynes Sound from a trail that follows the top edge of a seaside escarpment. Heading inland there are interesting undulating trails that can be used to make a 10 kilometer loop. Take a picture of a trail map sign or print off a map from the park website before trying to hike a loop. Signage in the north end of the park isn't complete, but trails are easy to follow.
