Blodgett Basin Trail 31

We started out on the West Clear Creek trail until we arrived at the gate to the wilderness. We did not find the Blodgett Basin trail, even though the directions from the forest service said we would. As we were driving out we saw a sign for the Blodget Basin trail. No one told us that the road was so rough and steep. It was looking like rain so we got out of there before the road would become wet, muddy and slippery. Three of us sat in the rear seat to increase traction. We were driving a Ford 350 van.
