To be honest it was a bit of a letdown. I’d had my eye on doing this trail for awhile but thought it would have been better. All the elevation gain is when you go up to the caves, which are directly north of the boat launch parking area. The waterfall is by the campground and the water smells swampy. Overall the cave was the best part of it and offers a nice view of Roosevelt Lake
