Fun for all agesAmazing views no matter where you areGreat foodGreat nightlife*Amazing places to stay OR camp
I visited Jackson Hole, Wyoming over the summer and needless to say, it was AMAZING. There is so much to do there whether you like staying inside next to the fire, eating at unique places with beautiful views, or hiking all day just to crash at the end around a campfire. My family and I started out in Jackson Hole near Grand Teton Lake (stayed at Grand Teton Lodge) and drove all around the Tetons and went boating on the lake. We then went to the Rustic Inn (great for families), in the heart of the city. While in the city, we went river rafting (guided), hiked around Jenny Lake (absolutely gorgeous), and ate at some really cool places. Then we went to Spring Creek Ranch which is 10-15 minute outside the city-square. This resort was my favorite because it was close to both the city-square and Grand Teton Village, but also very secluded and quiet. We went horseback riding through the land, swimming, and ate at the Granary which has one of the best views for dining. I also went to the Grand Teton Village which is great for shopping and hanging out (there are hotels located there too)...this was great for my younger siblings because there were so many activities for them (mountain biking, ropes course, hiking, gondola etc.). The last thing we did in WY, was drive through Yellowstone and visited Old Faithful and saw tons of wildlife. We stayed in Cody WY which was quote the experience- it was much smaller and older... the TRUE wild west. I loved my trip and am already planning a trip back!
