Description

Added by Blane Arnold

Beautiful lake that takes you back just far enough to experience the truly wild Wyoming.

Starting out of the Big Sandy Trailhead this is the first spot along the trail that really opens up to give you views of the Southern region of the Winds. Located 6 miles back this makes for a great day trip or perfect "home base" to set up camp. From here you can branch out to see the Cirque of the Towers which is North of the lake or head to the East side of the lake to checkout Clear Lake. Great fishing all throughout the lake too!
