Only 2.5 miles out and back, you can see the gorgeous Icefall

Waterfall Canyon Trail is a 2.5 miles out and back trail, it's one of most popular hikes in Ogden, there's a 200 feet waterfall at the upper end of the canyon, in the winter, it becomes a 200ft icefall hanging on the rugged rocks, very spectacular!

I chose Sunday, less people hanging out on that day in Utah, it was raining, road was pretty slippery after the snow and rain mixed together, met three people on the trail, but I was the only one when I made it to the waterfall, tripod helped me a lot to take pictures, so that I can be in the photo to make comparison how big the waterfall is.

Green Pond Loop

About a mile before Snowbasin, is a parking lot with a map and trail marker. The first incline is steep and follows a single track trail that leads to the ponds. This trail is great year-round, but in the winter, you may have some stray backcountry snowboarders in the area. It's pretty quiet overall.
