Description

Added by Tayten Thueson

This hike is super beautiful through a canyon that is very unique. This canyon has many adventures that can be done at any time of the year.

The canyon is located on the road that leads to the maple canyon campgrounds. If you are not watching carefully it could be easily passed without noticing. It is located on the right side of the road about 3/4 of a mile east of the maple canyon campgrounds.

During the winter this canyon attracts many ice climbers because of the several ice waterfalls that occur only during winter, The canyon is almost always dry during the other seasons.

The conglomerate rock walls of this canyon look very unique, almost as if they were melting.
