The Top 10 Hikes in Yosemite National Park

The best hikes in Yosemite = some of the best hikes on the planet.

By: The Outbound Collective + Save to a List

You know how views only get better and better the higher you hike? That has never been more true than on the trails in Yosemite National Park. Take Half Dome, for instance (maybe you've heard of it?). You start at the base of the Valley, walking along the Merced River, surrounded by tall trees and much, much taller cliffs. Then some 4,800ft and 7 miles later, you're sitting atop a barren granite dome and those trees below look like blades of grass. Plus, the infamous Half Dome is hardly the only hike to provide such an experience - and most come without the hassle of the permit

If Yosemite is still on your bucket list, make it a priority this year and check out our favorite hikes before you do.
