Emerald Bay is a really popular destination and often pretty crowded during the day, but if you head there at night not only is there a good chance you’ll have it to yourself but the Tahoe night sky really shows off from here. Learn more.

5. Watch the Sunset Overlooking Cox Bay

While Cox Bay is primarily known as a great spot to catch some waves, if you are willing to make a quick hike through the trees you’ll find a great place to soak in the sunset. Bring a blanket, drinks, and that special someone for the perfect end to the day. Learn more.
