3 Years (And Counting) On The Open Road

"We feel like we've just begun."

By: The Outbound Collective + Save to a List

In November 2012, James and Rachel of Idle Theory Bus quit their jobs, gave away their stuff, and moved into Sunshine, a 1976 VW Bus. Ever since, they've traveled the U.S. full time, working, playing, and doing nothing under the wide sky. ln their own words, "We left to escape a modern lifestyle, which seemed to us destructive at worst and unfulfilling at best. Now, instead of escaping, we purposefully create a new, better life based on adventure and the unknown, seeking balance and reconnecting with our generous earth. We've been on the road for 3 years now, and we feel like we've just begun."
